Patisserie reverie: 2016 monthly French delights

After bake me up butternut: 100 new bakes in one year, a new challenge is definitely on the cards for 2016. Still decorating the house and revising for horticulture exams it needs to be a little tamer on the time-consuming front! After several recent trips to Paris with sometime to go  in search of their best patisserie it’s inevitably got me hooked on the cakes of dreams……patisserie….Ooh la la! And now, obviously I want to be able to make my own! Requiring lots of patience and delicate decorative work I’m on a journey to up my game from last year, with a target of 12 pretty patisserie – 1 a month.
